As a Technical Account Manager at Kueez Entertainment, you’ll be at the heart of our monetization strategy, ensuring the smooth and optimized operation of our ad tech solutions for our clients. In this role, you will identify growth opportunities, solve complex technical issues, and drive strategic demand decisions to enhance performance.
- Operational Analysis & Trend Identification: Perform continuous analysis of operational activities to uncover emerging trends and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Optimization & Strategic Insights: Conduct data-driven optimizations based on identified opportunities, creating in-depth analyses to evaluate impact and inform strategic next steps. Utilize various platforms, including internal and external platforms, to support data-backed decision-making.
- Client Technical Support: Provide dedicated technical support for onboarded and active clients, addressing performance-related issues, identity solutions, privacy compliance, demand mapping, and other technical challenges.
- Demand Management & Performance Analysis: Oversee the setup of new demand partners in internal and external platforms. Analyze performance metrics to assess incremental uplift and guide long-term strategy for demand partners.
- Issue Resolution & Monetization Support: Address time-sensitive requests related to churn risks, discrepancies, and other critical monetization concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to mitigate risks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate insights, findings, and updates to internal and external stakeholders through intuitive dashboards and reports, supporting informed decision-making and relationship management.
