Role Overview:
We seek a data-driven PPC Analyst to lead and optimize search monetization campaigns for Google AdSense for Search (AFS). This role analyzes performance metrics, refining monetization strategies, and maximizing revenue growth through continuous optimization. You will manage AFS placements and implement data-led improvements while ensuring compliance with Google policies to achieve scalable and sustainable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Optimize Search-Driven PPC Monetization: Manage and optimize global B2C PPC campaigns with a focus on Google AdSense for Search (AFS). Develop and execute strategies to maximize search monetization, refine ad placements, query filtering, and bidding.
- Automation and Performance Tracking: Set up and manage automation processes to improve efficiency and scale campaign performance. Implement tracking solutions to monitor key metrics, analyze performance data, conduct A/B testing, and apply data-driven improvements to drive revenue growth and ROI.
- Data-Driven Testing & Strategy: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, search settings, and audience targeting to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI.
- Performance Monitoring & Insights: Track campaign performance, analyze trends, and generate detailed reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Scale Revenue & Innovate: Develop and test new monetization strategies, ad formats, and traffic quality improvements while staying up to date with Google AFS policies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with creative, R&D, and other internal teams to align campaign strategies, enhance ad creatives, and implement technical improvements. Ensure all efforts contribute to meeting activity targets and KPIs, optimizing performance across all PPC initiatives.
