Description

As the Head of E-commerce, you will lead Kueez’s E-commerce activity across multiple channels. You will also be responsible for building strategies, setting targets, and achieving business growth goals.

You will oversee the e-commerce digital ad spend across multiple platforms, be in charge of all product aspects, content production, and optimization, and manage your team to optimize campaigns and articles and continuously improve performance.

The ideal candidate is passionate about performance marketing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong track record of managing and optimizing successful campaigns

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our E-commerce team across all channels.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across multiple paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Outbrain, and others.
  • Manage the daily routine of the PPC analysts and content specialists.
  • Explore new opportunities and revenue channels.
  • Utilize a ‘test and learn’ approach to all paid media activities, focusing on improving KPIs like conversions, CPA, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.
  • Work closely with the content team on content planning and creative practices, monitor performance, and oversee content creation and optimization.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data to present detailed performance reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, deepening your expertise in advertising methodologies and optimization tools.
  • Manage relationships with media vendors, negotiate optimal rates, and secure placements for maximum exposure.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with broader marketing goals, contributing to overall business growth.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience in PPC management, with strong expertise in Google and Meta platforms.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing PPC teams.
  • Experience using analytics tools to monitor content performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and various PPC management platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams and with various stakeholders.
  • A passion for learning, growth, and achieving excellence in every campaign.
  • High-level proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of search or eCommerce is an advantage.
  • Experience in e-commerce paid activities - high advantage.
