Kueez is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own and execute our marketing efforts end-to-end, starting as a part-time (50%) role, with an opportunity to grow into a full-time position later this year as the company scales and priorities expand.

Kueez is an international Marketing and advertising technology specializing in performance-driven audience development and monetization solutions.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, takes full ownership, and is motivated by impact - and most importantly - someone who’s well-versed in leveraging AI daily to research, think, create, and execute faster.

What You’ll Own

You will be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining the Kueez brand across all channels:

Brand & Strategy

  • Build and execute our annual marketing strategy aligned with business goals
  • Develop and strengthen the Kueez brand identity across global markets
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Develop Partner marketing (joint case studies, testimonials, co-hosted events)

Content, Thought Leadership & Social Media

  • Drive content creation hands-on: posts, articles, landing pages, messaging
  • Support internal experts in shaping strong industry POVs (monetization, performance, programmatic)
  • Own social presence (primarily LinkedIn; others where relevant)

Growth & Campaigns

  • Plan and manage paid media campaigns (Search, Paid Social, Lead Gen)
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data and industry benchmarks
  • Oversee landing pages, funnels, and conversion strategy

Events & PR

  • Manage event and conference planning, including Kueez representation and speaking opportunities
  • Research and submit industry awards & recognition programs
  • Support PR initiatives, announcements, and strategic communications

Creative & Collateral

  • Create and maintain marketing collateral: pitch decks, one-pagers, sales materials
  • Collaborate with designers or agencies on visual assets

Insights & Market Intelligence

Track market trends, competitor activity, and ecosystem updates

Identify emerging opportunities and areas where Kueez can stand out

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience in B2B tech (AdTech / MarTech strongly preferred)
  • Strong familiarity with the U.S. digital, advertising, or tech market
  • Native or near-native English - written and spoken (must)
  • Proven success in managing B2B/B2B2C marketing, especially in performance/AdTech
  • Experience running paid campaigns, writing high-quality content, and maintaining brand consistency
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-impact output on a part-time schedule
  • Creative, analytical, and highly organized mindset

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in AdTech, MarTech, media, or AI-driven products
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, Slack, and similar tools
  • Network of freelancers/agencies (design, video, copy)
