We're seeking a talented and driven PPC/Campaign Analyst with extensive experience in the Ad-Tech industry to lead and scale our performance marketing initiatives.
You'll manage and grow our campaigns across platforms like Outbrain, Taboola, and Google, taking full responsibility for optimizing performance, meeting targets, and driving results.
As a crucial member of our team, you'll have significant autonomy to implement strategies, optimize campaigns, and drive substantial revenue growth through proactive leadership and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Lead end-to-end management and continuous optimization of native and content advertising campaigns, focusing on maximizing ROI, scaling budgets, and achieving performance objectives.
- Full Ownership: Develop, execute, and continually refine comprehensive campaign strategies, staying ahead of market trends and proactively identifying growth opportunities.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Conduct rigorous analysis of campaign performance data, implement A/B tests, draw actionable insights, and present clear, strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Cross-Platform Expertise: Deep familiarity with native advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain), Google Ads ecosystem, and ability to quickly adapt to additional platforms.
- Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with internal teams, including Content, R&D, and Monetization, to implement best practices, optimize performance across channels, and drive product improvements.
