Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the technology vision and roadmap in alignment with Kueez's business goals.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to prioritize and develop impactful R&D initiatives that drive business outcomes.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.
- Enhance collaboration across engineering, product, and other teams to deliver robust solutions.
Technology and Innovation:
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable ad tech platforms and solutions, with a strong focus on performance optimization and real-time decision-making.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain Kueez’s competitive edge.
- Promote best practices in software development, system architecture, and testing to ensure reliability and scalability.
Operational Excellence:
- Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance of the R&D team and projects.
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, such as automation and process optimization.
Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for all R&D projects.
Experience:
- 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles (e.g., VP R&D, CTO, Director of Engineering).
- Proven experience building and leading teams in the ad tech, real-time bidding (RTB), or programmatic advertising industries is strongly preferred.
- Strong track record of delivering large-scale, high-performance systems.
Technical Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern full-stack frameworks.
- Expertise in scalable architecture, cloud infrastructure, and big-data environments.
- Familiarity with tools and practices for real-time decision-making and performance optimization.
Leadership:
- Exceptional ability to align technical initiatives with business goals.
- A hands-on leader who can effectively guide the team while getting into the technical details when necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with an eye for detail and strategic vision.
