The opportunity

Dive into monetization and product improvement with us! We're seeking an exceptionally talented and experienced Product Monetization Manager to own and enhance our monetization ad ops and product strategies. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in understanding, defining, characterizing, and improving our revenue generation methods. You'll develop top-notch product designs to maximize yield and optimize processes to maximize efficacy.


  • 3+ years of experience in Monetization management, Product management, or Ad Ops management, preferably with leadership experience.
  • Thorough understanding of the ad tech industry and monetization strategies with experience in enhancing company revenue and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in programmatic ad ops, including SSPs, DSPs, Google Ad Manager, and Monetization Protocols like OpenRTB and Prebid.
  • Experience collaborating with R&D teams, with a general grasp of monetization technical flows.
  • Self-motivation and an ability to independently drive projects using data-driven insights and a proactive, can-do attitude toward problem-solving.

What’s the day-to-day like?

  • Implement and optimize our ad-ops processes, including internal automation tools and external resource management to maximize efficiency.
  • Design and implement optimization strategies and processes to maximize generated revenue.
  • Design and characterize technical specifications for internal products to maximize generated revenue and efficiency.
  • Engage with SSPs/DSPs to maximize results, ensure compliance with KPIs, and provide optimal solutions to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and sales, to achieve department and company targets.
