The opportunity

Dive into the heart of data-driven decision making with us! We're on the lookout for an exceptionally talented and experienced Monetization Data Analyst to lead the optimization of our revenue streams and monetization strategies.

As a key member of our monetization team, you will be crucial in analyzing, understanding, and improving the ways we generate revenue. You’ll use the power of data to find insights that drive strategic decisions, directly impacting our bottom line and shaping the future of our products.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis / Monetization manager role, with a track record of optimizing product performance through data-driven insights.
  • Strong understanding of the ad tech industry and on monetization strategies and their application to improve company revenue and efficiency.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to make complex data findings accessible.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis and experienced with data analysis tools to identify trends and insights.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to independently drive projects using data-driven insights and a proactive, can-do attitude towards problem-solving

What’s the day-to-day like?

  • Continuously monitor performance metrics to pinpoint optimization across company products.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to uncover trends and insights within generated revenue and cost data, driving monetization efficiency.
  • Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests to enhance product performance and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards that spotlight key performance indicators and product metrics.
  • Use data visualization tools to make data findings accessible and understandable for all internal and external stakeholders.
